We usually call these our Thanksgiving Brussel Sprouts. I made them the other night for Luke who was coming home from a hard day at work, so I wanted to have something really good ready for him to eat. After making it I have to share this easy side dish!
My sister makes these every Thanksgiving. There is just something about sweetness of the bacon mixed in with the salty sprouts that makes this dish delicous. Definitely a play on sweet and salty for sure and you can never go went with bacon! If you like Brussel sprouts or just looking for a new way to cook them try this dish! You can’t go wrong! The best part is that it’s super easy prep and baking for this dish! I hope you enjoy it with your family as much as mine enjoys it together at thanksgiving or any day of the week for that matter!
